e-Sensing Products

The e-SENSING product line includes precision, miniature data recorders and sensing systems. e-SENSING is the only provider of dynamic test and monitoring systems that combine high sampling rate, configuration flexibility, shock hardening and optional wireless connectivity in ultra-small, embeddable footprints.

e-SENSING offers the greatest versatility with to its modular packaging design, allowing the user to create custom systems by adding features and channels as needed.

Small: embeddable into test devices such as crash test manikins, hand-held tools, missiles and ordnance, helmets and body armor, and many other objects for the OEM test/monitoring equipment.

Big: Internal flash memory of up to 4 GBytes.

Smart: integrated sensing, data collection, and optional wireless connectivity, automatic device detection and identification.

Shock worthy: rated to measure and withstand between 2000 and 5000 g of acceleration, with optional ratings up to 50000 g.

Scalable: Individual multi-channel devices can be daisy-chained to create a system with hundreds of channels.

High-Speed: sampling rates up to 150 KHz per channel

Complete: full sensor excitation, programmable signal conditioning and 16 bit ADC per channel.

Easy to Buy: Wide range of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components and bundles in stock for fast delivery with discounts for quantity orders.

Data Recorders	Brief Description
SLICE NANO™	A modular, stackable data recorder with a footprint of only 26 mm x 31 mm. Each 3 channel SLICE adds only 5.5 mm to the height. Full support for many sensor types, USB communications, 4 GB flash memory, systems from 3 to hundreds of channels.
SLICE MICRO™	Slightly larger than the SLICE NANO, SLICE MICRO has a footprint of 42 mm x 42 mm with connectors built-in and sealed for harsh environments.
Embedded Recorders	Brief Description
Embedded Recorder (ER)	A customizable embedded recorder selected by integrators worldwide for its ultra low power, small and light weight features and superior performance. The ER product is customized with integrated sensors for high volume applications.
Transient Shock Recorder (TSR)	The TSR is designed for unattended monitoring of acceleration, angular rate, temperature and pressure with optional GPS for position, velocity and time stamp.
Sensor Products	Brief Description
DTS Angular Rate Sensor ARS	Incredibly small and lightweight sensors with remarkable range (300 to 50000) deg/sec and bandwidth from (DC to 10000 Hz). ARS units offer precise measurements in hard to reach locations.
DTS 6DX	The 6DX sensor contains 3 linear accelerometers and 3 angular rate sensors in a compact package for high rate measurements.
