TDAS PRO Racks
Available in 4 module and 8 module configurations, all TDAS systems are rated for and tested to 100+ G, 12 msec duration, in all axes. TDAS equipment can be mounted directly on a vehicle or sled for impact testing. Each TDAS PRO Rack offers an Ethernet communications controller and start/record, status and event signals. The Ethernet hub in each rack permits multiple rack systems to be linked together. With self-calibration and diagnostics built into the system design, the user can be sure that TDAS PRO systems will provide reliable results that cannot be compromised. TDAS System modularity increases productivity and offers greater flexibility, less down time for calibration and repair, and the benefits of increasing capacity one module at a time as testing requirements increase. TDAS systems can be linked to provide virtually unlimited number of channel counts and uses. Each rack is capable of housing TDAS PRO SIMs, TDAS PRO TOMs and TDAS PRO DIMs in any combination.

TDAS PLUS Distributor
The TDAS PLUS Distributor is designed to simplify the integration of on-board equipment used in sled and vehicle testing. In addition to managing the distribution of power, communications and control signals to the full range of DTS TDAS products, the TDAS PLUS Distributor provides connections to synchronize and control a host of test accessories ranging from T=0 flashes to on-board digital video cameras. TDAS PLUS Mini Distributor
The TDAS PLUS Mini Distributor is designed for use with all TDAS systems, including TDAS G5 in-dummy and on-vehicle systems. The crashworthy TDAS PLUS Mini Distributor integrates power, communication and event signal distribution functions for multiple TDAS systems into a small, compact package. TDAS G5 Distributor
The TDAS G5 Distributor is designed to connect up to four in-dummy TDAS G5 Data Acquisition Systems with common power, communications and status link inside a crash test dummy
( iDummy ^TM ). Standard features include durable design, ultra-high speed communication capabilities and independent power inputs.

TDAS PLUS Interface Unit
The TDAS PLUS Interface Unit is designed for the facility control room and provides easy connection to multiple TDAS systems, facility control systems, and other related equipment. A typical configuration has options to connect umbilical or wireless links to TDAS systems mounted on struck and bullet vehicles, movable deformable barriers and crash walls. Connections to all TDAS control signals are also provided for facility PLC integration, visual indicators, and direct control of start/record and event inputs. Optional T=0 outputs are available. Offered in a standard 19-inch rack enclosure or customized to fit within facility requirements.

TDAS PLUS Wireless Ethernet
The TDAS PLUS Wireless Ethernet provides a method to communicate with all TDAS systems using standard IEEE 802.11 protocols. TDAS wireless units are designed for the crash environment and are tested to 100+ G, 12 msec. TDAS PLUS Visual Status Indicator
The TDAS PLUS Visual Status Indicator gives the crash test user the ability to see the overall status of TDAS data acquisition systems from a distance. The large lights are constructed of an array of high intensity, low power LEDs. Designed for 100+ G dynamic testing environments, it features integral mounting flanges and uses standard DTS control signals .

TDAS PLUS Crashworthy Battery
The TDAS PLUS Crashworthy Battery provides on-board power for a variety of TDAS equipment in one rugged unit and eliminates the need for multiple power supplies or batteries. The unit is tested for 100+ G dynamic testing environments and provides power for up to four TDAS PRO racks, TDAS G5 Docking Stations or other TDAS equipment in any combination. It features a 12 AHr battery capacity and integral mounting flanges.
