Inc 5000
Inc. magazine ranked DTS #45 in the Engineering category and #2766 overall on its third annual Inc. 5000
ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look
at America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. President and co-founder Stephen Pruitt believes that

BAE Chairman's Award
DTS's work on the HEADS (Gen 1) project team was recognized for the BAE
Systems Chairman's Award, Bronze level, for Innovation and Technology.
The Chairman's Awards are hosted annually by BAE Systems to pay tribute
to those who have taken exceptional action toward the organization's betterment.
In 2006 DTS was awarded a contract from the Wright Patterson AFRL to develop an ultra small and low power
helmet-mounted shock recorder to measure acceleration and pressure levels in combat events. This DTS
Embedded Recorder was further developed in 2007 for the US Army and US Marine Corp, and underwent field
trials in Iraq and Afghanistan on more than 6,000 units.
Best of Sensors
For an unprecedented three consecutive years - 2008, 2009 and 2010, DTS
earned the Best of Sensors Gold Award at the Sensors Expo & Conference
in Chicago. Each year a panel of independent industry and media experts
selects Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners in a variety of categories
from the newest innovations of industry leaders. In 2010 DTS was awarded
gold recognition for the innovative TSR shock recorder with internal sensors
and the ability to record for up to 24 months on an internal battery.
In 2009 the DTS 6DX Sensor won Gold in the sensors category. In 2008 the
gold winning DTS product was SLICE
a miniaturized data recorder, in the data acquisition product category.
